|On August 28, 2014 the Board of Directors of Veneto Banca S.C.p.A. approved the consolidated financial report as at 30 June 2014. The Veneto Banca closed the reporting period with positive result of Euro 8.39 million. The gross banking products reached Euro 66 billion, and shareholders’equity -3,93 billion.
The CET 1 ratio reached 10,46%, well above the 8% established by the European Central Bank (ECB). This became possible due to capital increase in the amount of Euro 474,3 million and the conversion of the convertible bond loan in the amount of Euro 350 million.
Veneto Banca ownership structure has grown since the beggining of the year by 12, 325, and has reached 88, 033 shareholders.
Now Veneto Banca serves Italy with its network of branches, and with its subsidiaries such as: Banca Apulia, Banca Intermobiliare and Banca IPIBI. In Eastern Europe it operates with Veneto Banca’ Branch at Bucharest in Romania, Eximbank in Moldova, Veneto Banka d.d in Croatia and Veneto Banka sh.a. in Albania.
