| On June 25th, 2007 Eximbank signed with the Italian bank Veneto Banca (the sole shareholder of the bank) another Credit Line Agreement for the amount equivalent to 20 mln. EUR. The funds of the credit line will be used for financing the medium-term projects of corporate clients for a term of up to 7 years.
It is the third credit line extended by the parent company since the beginning of this year. The first credit line was granted in January 2007 in the amount of 9.2 million EUR for a term of up to 5 years, the second one granted in April 2007 in the amount of 10 million EUR for a term of up to 7 years. Both of them were successfully utilized.
The signing of the new Agreement allows Eximbank to further finance on favorable conditions the companies, which work in the real sector of the economy of the Republic of Moldova.
