| On April 24th, 2007 Eximbank signed with the Italian bank Veneto Banca (the sole shareholder of the bank) a Loan Agreement for the amount of 10 mln. Euro. The funds of the credit line will be used for financing the medium-term projects of corporate clients for a term of up to 7 years.
The signed Agreement allows Eximbank to finance the companies from the real sector of the economy of the Republic of Moldova at favorable conditions.
Earlier, in January 2007 Eximbank was granted the first credit line by the parent company in the amount equivalent to 9.2 million EUR for a term of up to 5 years which was successfully utilized.
