| On January 27, 2005 in the Northern part of the Republic of Moldova an official opening of Branch # 8, which is located in the city of Soroca (160 km to the North of Chisinau), 2, Vasile Alecsandri Street took place.
As during the opening of two previous Branches # 4 in city of Caushani and # 5 in Orhei city, the ceremony of opening of the new branch was attended by official authorities of the region and city, representatives of the Treasury, actual and potential corporate clients of the bank.
Opening of the new branch will improve the position of the bank in the region after the opening
of the Representative Office # 13 of the JSCB “Eximbank” in October of 2003, and a wide range of bank services together with rapid servicing of the clients and the usage of modern banking computer technologies will help to improve a healthy competition on the market of financial services in the Northern Region of the country.
Two weeks prior to the official opening of the new branch, the first ATM was installed in the central part of Soroca city, at the address: 44, Independence Street. Using this ATM the cardholders of "VISA" and "MasterCard" can access their account 24/24.
