The Board of Directors of Veneto Banca has approved the consolidated financial reports of the Group for the first half of 2007.
On October 23, 2007 the Board of Directors examined and approved the consolidated balance of the Group as of June 30, 2007, officially presenting the results achieved during the period characterized by a large number of important events. |

Eximbank has opened a new currency exchange office in Balti
On October 8, 2007 a new currency exchange office in Balti (140 km. to the north of Chisinau) began its activity. The exchange office is located at 11, Nicolae Iorga Str., in the "BOMBA" shop. |

President of Eximbank, Gruppo Veneto Banca Mr. Marcel Chirca and Vice President Mr. Veaceslav Burcovschii took part in the Regional Conference VISA CEMEA - Russia and CIS.
On September 25-27 Saint Andrews, Scotland hosted the Regional Conference VISA CEMEA - Russia and CIS, which was devoted to credit card products and acquiring with VISA. The program of the Conference, which was opened by President of VISA CEMEA Ms Anne–L. Cobb and General Director for Russia, CIS countries and South East Europe Mr. Tony Brogna, focused on the ways of promoting credit cards by banks, principles for building a strategy on the market, role of co-branding and affinity cards in card portfolio and customer attraction as well as effective management of credit risk. |

Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Eximbank.
On August 9, 2007 in the city of Montebelluna (province of Treviso, Italy) an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Eximbank was held, which adopted a decision to increase by 250 million lei (about 15 million Euros) the share capital of the bank and to introduce respective modifications into the By-Laws. The Meeting has approved the new organizational chart of the Bank. |

New ATMs installed in Orhei and Cahul.
During this week Eximbank put in service two new ATMs: on 23rd of July 2007, Eximbank put in service a new ATM in Orhei. located in the building of Orhei District Council (2, M. Eminescu street). On 26th of July 2007, Eximbank put in service a new ATM in Cahul, located in the building of Cahul branch (13, 31 August 1989 street). |

The Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank „Eximbank” Gruppo Veneto Banca convened the General extraordinary meeting of Shareholders
On July 20, 2007 in the city of Montebelluna (Italy), the meeting of the Bank’s Board of Directors was held.
During the meeting was adopted the decision to convene the General extraordinary meeting of Shareholders on August 9, 2007 in order to approve the new organizational chart of the Bank, to increase by 250,0 million lei (the equivalent of EUR 15,0 million) the share capital of the bank and to introduce the respective modifications into the By-Laws. |

Eximbank was granted a credit line for the amount of 20 mln. EUR
On June 25th, 2007 Eximbank signed with the Italian bank Veneto Banca (the sole shareholder of the bank) another Credit Line Agreement for the amount equivalent to 20 mln. EUR. The funds of the credit line will be used for financing the medium-term projects of corporate clients for a term of up to 7 years. |

Eximbank is a principal member of international payment system VISA International
The Board of Directors VISA CEMEA at its meeting on June 8, 2007, attributed the status of the principal member of VISA International to Eximbank. The attribution of a new status confirms once again the successful activity of the bank in this payment system during last 5 years, and represents a new step towards further development of the bank. |
