Decreasing the lei deposits profitability
On March 27 2002, JSCB "Eximbank" has taken the decision of decreasing the lei deposits profitability as of April 1st, 2002. Starting this date, the bank decreases by one p.p. the lei deposits profitability with the term of reimbursement of 6 and 12 months.

JSCB "Eximbank" becoming a member of VISA International.
The Board of Directors of "VISA International" has officially notified Eximbank about the Bank's membership in the given organization as an associate member.
Eximbank is the third Commercial Bank from Moldova having been offered the right of issuing VISA International cards. The Bank plans in the nearest future to make possible the cashing of VISA cards via its subsidiaries and ATM's, and begin the issuance of three types of VISA cards - Electron, Classic and Gold.
