„Spring gift”- deposit with high and fixed rate.
Starting April 7 2008, Eximbank Gruppo Veneto Banca offers to individuals a new type of deposit - „Spring gift”, which can be placed either in Moldovan Lei or in foreign currencies for a 6 months term. The minimum amount of the deposit is 10 000 MDL, 1000 USD or 1000 EUR. |

The General Direction of the JSCB “EXIMBANK” Gruppo Veneto Banca at its meeting on March 20, 2008 adopted a decision to increase from April 7, 2008 the annual interest rates for all types of the deposits attracted from individuals. |

Eximbank Gruppo Veneto Banca and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development sign Loan Agreement for the amount of 20 mln. USD.
Today, March 7, 2008, the Palace of the Republic hosted the official signing of the Loan Agreement between Eximbank Gruppo Veneto Banca and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. This Agreement provides a credit line to Eximbank for the amount of 20 mln. USD, for a term of 5 years, to finance small and medium-sized companies located both in Chisinau and across the country. |

Four new Eximbank Gruppo Veneto Banca ATMs installed.
During last week Eximbank Gruppo Veneto Banca put in service 4 new ATMs: one in Chisinau (supermarket Marks on Moscow boulevard, 11/5), 2 more in Balti (Moldtelecom building on Independence square, 28 and Balteanca edifice on Pacii street, 5). The forth ATM was installed at the Custom’s House in Sculeni, Ungheni district. |

Today, 18 January 2008, the Sport Press Association of Moldova with the support of JSCB „Eximbank” Gruppo Veneto Banca and “Banca de Economii” awarded prizes to the best sportsmen of the year 2007. Eximbank Gruppo Veneto Banca increased the paid-up capital to MDL 635.0 million
On November 29, 2007 Eximbank finalized the procedure of increasing by MDL 250.0 million (the equivalent of EUR 15.0 million) of the paid-up capital after the registration of modifications to the bank’s statute with the State Registration Chamber of the Ministry of Informational Development of the Republic of Moldova and the writing in of the information on the 10th emission of shares into the registry of shareholders. |
