The General Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of JSCB "EXIMBANK"
The General extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of JSCB "Eximbank" took place on September 3, 2004. It discussed the problem of opening additional branches and representatives offices of the bank in a number of cities of the country (Chisinau, Caushani, Ungheni, Orhei and Soroca). |

JSCB "Eximbank" awarded the "Brand of the Year - 2003" price and diploma.
On Thursday, 12 February in the Palace of the Republic, the nominees of the contest "Brand of the Year-2003" have been announced.
The 39 economic agents, laureates of the contest, have been awarded the "Golden Mercury", a statue of the ancient god of trade. This is the first year the contest was organized, the organizers being the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the National Producers' Association. |

On January 30th, 2004 the General Extraordinary meeting of the JSCB "Eximbank" shareholders took place.
At the meeting the Business plan for the 2004 year, the Plan for Liquidity Management for 2004, the Revision Committee Working Plan for 2004 have been approved. The Board of Directors of the JSCB "Eximbank" Council was re-elected. |

A new ATM in the central sector of Chisinau
A new ATM has been installed by JSCB "Eximbank" in the central sector of Chisinau at the address 151, Stefan cel Mare si Sfint boulvard (corner with T.Ciorba street).
The new ATM is located outside the building of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Moldova and is available for general public. The ATM works round the clock and accepts cards of both Visa International and MasterCard International.

The new Representative Office in the Botanica Sector of Chisinau.
On January 26, 2004, the Representative Office # 10 of the JSCB "Eximbank" has been opened in the Botanica Sector of Chisinau.
The new office, situated on 23, Cuza Voda street will provide a wide range of banking services for individuals and corporate clients.
The Representative Office working hours is from 08:30 till 17:30; work with corporate clients since 09:00 till 16:00. The exchange office is working since 09:00 till 17:00 from Monday to Saturday and since 09:00 till 13:00 on Sundays.
