The General Extraordinary Shareholders' meeting has taken place.
At the “Eximbank” JSCB Shareholders Meeting the issues afferent to opening Bank's Representative Offices in several cities and towns of the Republic (Chisinau, Vulcanesti, Ciadar-Lunga, etc.) with the respective modifications in the Bank's Charter.
Hence, bearing the Bank's Strategy for territorial development, since the beginning of the year the Eximbank shareholder has approved the decision of opening more than 30 Representative Offices in the capital as well as outside Chisinau.

For the 10th anniversary of the JSCB EXIMBANK drawing of monetary prizes took place among the "Anniversary" deposit accounts
Dear clients! We are glad to announce that on April 22, 2004 drawing of monetary prizes took place among the deposit accounts “Anniversary” which were open from February 17 through April 17, 2004.

- 500 MDL were won by 10 account holders
- 1000 MDL were won by 5 account holders

JSCB "EXIMBANK" has received a gold medal from the organizer of the exhibitions "MOLDEXPO"
From April 28 through May 1, 2004 the bank participated in the 4th regional exhibition "Small Business ' 2004" on which it has presented full range of bank services and products. The special place in the presentation of services was allocated to the joint project with the international Fund of Agricultural Development – “The Project of Rural Financing and Development of Small enterprises".
At the exhibition closing the general director of "MOLDEXPO" Natalia Ciocan handed over a gold medal and a diploma of "MOLDEXPO" for permanent participation, and on occasion of the 10th anniversary of the bank.

From April 6 to April 9, 2004 in the exhibition center "Moldexpo" a specialized exhibition "COMINFO MOLDOVA' 2004", where the bank was the general sponsor. The exhibition represented not only the demonstration of new computer technologies, but also an effective utilization of IT-technologies in business. |

The official opening of the Representative Office # 15 took place in Cagul on March 19, 2004.

Since 17th of February, 2004, JSCB "Eximbank" offers a new deposit - "Jubilee".
On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the bank, JSCB "Eximbank" offers a new deposit product - "Jubilee".
From February 17th till April 17th, each customer, having opened the "Jubilee" time-deposit, takes part in a lottery.
The Fist prize is 100 000 MDL.
