Eximbank has opened an exchange office in Ungheni
On July 19, 2005 a new exchange office in the Ungheni downtown (120 km to the North-West of Chisinau) begins its activity. The exchange office is located at 64/2, Romana Street.
The exchange office is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. till 5 a.m., with lunch break from 1 a.m. till 2 a.m. Saturday and Sunday are days off. |

JSCB “Eximbank” is the sole agent of international money transfer system “Xpress Money” in Moldova.
Eximbank has become an agent of international money transfer system “Xpress Money”, after the signing at the beginning of June 2005 the collaboration Agreement with Xpress Money Services.
Eximbank is the first bank in Moldova, which provides money transfer services to individuals within the “Xpress Money” system. |

The exchange office is open from 08:00 till 19:00, Monday to Friday with lunch break from 14:00 to 15:00, and from 09:00 till 14:00 on Saturday and Sunday.

JSCB "Eximbank" made the seventh shares issue.
On June 7th, 2004 the National Commission on Securities registered the seventh issue of shares of JSCB "Eximbank" in the amount of MDL 14.34 million. 14,340 simple nominal shares with face value of MDL 1,000 were issued. Including this emission the statutory fund of the bank has increased up to MDL 65 million and the Tier-one capital exceeds
MDL 98 million. |

JSCB “Eximbank” started to provide services within the money transfer system «Bystraya Pochta»
Since May 24, 2005 Eximbank has been offering individuals the possibility of making money transfers via the money transfer system «Bystraya Pochta», without oppening any bank accounts. Implementation of this service was possible after signing in April 2005 of the collaboration agreement with Russian bank Impexbank. |
