 JSCB "EXIMBANK-Gruppo Veneto Banca" offers to its customers, individuals as well as corporate clients , issuing and maintenance services of the major international payment systems plastic cards.
The bank is a member of Visa International and MasterCard International international payment systems. Since April 5th , 2001, the JSCB “EXIMBANK-Gruppo Veneto Banca” is a full member of the international payment system MasterCard International, and since February 11, 2002 – a member associate of the VISA International. Following the decision of the VISA CEMEA Board of Directors meeting on June 8, 2007, EXIMBANK-Gruppo Veneto Banca has been upgraded to Principal member of VISA International.
Since August 2002 "EXIMBANK-Gruppo Veneto Banca" issues cards of MasterCard International Payment System: Cirrus/Maestro, MasterCard Standard, MasterCard Business and MasterCard Gold.
From November 2002 "EXIMBANK-Gruppo Veneto Banca" started issuing of the cards of the VISA International Payment System: VISA Electron, VISA Classic, VISA Business and VISA Gold.
Since August 17th 2009, the Eximbank-Gruppo Veneto Banca acquiring network has been accepting VISA chip cards. Chip cards acceptance by Eximbank’s ATMs and POS-es became possible after VISA certification of its acquiring network to use EMV technologies and appropriate hardware and software upgrading.
Eximbank-Gruppo Veneto Banca has been also authorized to issue its own VISA chip cards. From now on VISA cardholders can benefit from a higher level of security of card transactions, more reliable protection against fraudulent transactions and faster service.
In the nearest future Eximbank-Gruppo Veneto Banca will start migration to EMV technologies within MasterCard payment system, of which the bank is a principal member since April 2001.
The balances of private persons card accounts are guaranteed according to the Law № 575-XV of 26.12.2003 “On guaranteeing deposits of private persons in the banking system”.
