|Issuing and administration of credit cards within salary projects
This product is designated for individuals who possess banking cards issued within salary projects.
Additional eligibility when establishing the credit limit for cardholders with salary cards:
• Minimum work experience of 6 months at current job;
• Minimum 6 months of salary transfer on card account at current job.
Regularly, credit limits are given in the amount equivalent to 10 net monthly incomes, but no bigger than 50,000 MDL.
Credit limit is available to the cardholder during the entire its activity within salary project of the company where he/she works.
Credit cardholders are in charge of executing the obligations towards transactions made with their cards, according to Contract of issuing and administration of credit card stipulations, along with Company guarantor agreement, signed with the bank for each credit limit applier.
Reimbursing the loan and related interest
The bank sends by email the account statement, where are indicated all operations made during previous month, and the minimum part of the loan must be paid off. The minimum part of the loan is equal to 10% from the amounts used from credit line, and related interest from the entire amount used from credit line. The minimum part should be reimbursed by the cardholder no later than the last day of the current month. The bank applies 18% annual interest to the amounts used from credit line, starting with the day when the credit line was used.
In case the cardholder does not reimburse the sums as pre-established, to those amounts where reimbursement term expired will be applied a penalty annual interest of 45% for overdue. In case of exceeding the credit limit established, the bank applies a penalty interest of 50% to the sum exceeding the credit limit.
The balances of private persons card accounts are guaranteed according to the Law № 575-XV of 26.12.2003 “On guaranteeing deposits of private persons in the banking system”.
